There are two ways we use your payment;
A) Deposit which is held as long as buyer continues to purchase vehicles with Global Auto Hub, this is for Buyers who will be buying vehicles every month
B) Down Payment which is used for part payment on a vehicle; this is mainly for buyers wanting to buy a single vehicle or smaller amounts of vehicles.
After receiving the Deposit we will upgrade your account to full status; you can now bid and track any purchases online using your Account Panel.
You decide which car you would like to bid on and your maximum bid price. Cars often sell for less than the maximum bid. Meaning if you bid 300,000 yen and the car sold at 240,000 yen you only pay 240,000yen.
Send your bid to Global Auto Hub Bidding Inspection Department. Use Email or Bid Direct.
Your bid is checked by our Staff who will contact you if there any problems with the car. We do not bid on any cars with problems unless you specify the details when you bid.
If your bid wins, we will email you your invoice and you can access the invoice and all data from your Account Panel
The Total Invoice must be paid within 5 working days from the date of purchase. If using down payment deposit the total invoice price will be the total price minus Deposit.
Once we receive full payment the following takes place. The average times below are calculated from the date full payment is received
Vehicle is Delivered to the Port or to any address in Japan (5 days)
Vehicle is Deregistered and Export Certificate is made (10 days)
After Purchase Images are uploaded into your Account Panel (10 days)
Vehicle is inspected if optional inspection is selected
Vehicle leaves Japan (30 days depends on countries) see full country list
All Documents are sent to customer ( 10 days after vehicle leaves Japan)
Car arrives at your port(45 days) see full country list
You will be able to see invoices, payments, after purchase images, view all shipping details and documentation online in your Account Panel.
